There are those who walk among us who know—who feel—they are destined for more. It’s a feeling that can be instilled within us, either through education, lineage, society or economic fortune. This feeling sometimes drives one to seek power through acts of greatness or acts of greed. To perform phenomenal feats via bravery or through tyranny. Whether in the name of themselves or in the name of their god, such people exist among us. But, most often, those who are predisposed allow this feeling to simply go ignored, sometimes tugging at the subconscious but never emerging. Mediocrity is their lifestyle of choice.
Synopsis
Immortals begins with Stone Anderson. He’s a married man and father of three who finds himself feeling rather odd. Something that’s been dormant within him is stirring, and he doesn’t quite understand what it is. Stone starts to experience flashes of memories and images that he cannot place. Then, suddenly, pain struck with an incomprehensible intensity. He screams while uncontrollably clawing at his body as it changes, every nerve ending being set ablaze. His flesh and bones stretched; his body becoming larger, more muscular. His irises morphed from their standard brown to a chilled, slate gray. His head throbbed as if it would split in half. After the metamorphosis is complete, Stone rises as a different man. A different being. He’s taller, more perceptive, with a memory that spans far beyond his life. He’s much stronger. He knows what he is; an immortal. And he’s not alone…

Will Archie is an entrepreneur, holder of multiple patents and trademarks, and first-time author with a BA from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Cornell University. Will’s professional expertise lies in the business and technology fields, however, he’s always had a passion for fiction and storytelling. Will first conceived of this character while in middle school, scribbling “The Grendal Lives!” on his loose-leaf binder.
